We accept returns ONLY on non-customized figures within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition. IMPORTANT: Customized orders are NOT returnable under any circumstances except for manufacturing defects. Please ensure you are certain about your customization before ordering.
If your 3D figure arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't entered production or shipping. For custom orders, once the design process has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
