These General Terms govern the relationship between ATEMIS LTD (Bulgarian legal entity „АТЕМИС“ EOOD), UIC: 130929244, hereinafter the „Seller“, and users of the website.

The Seller offers: Standard 3D figurines: Ready-made catalogue models. Custom orders: Figurines produced according to design, parameters or files provided by the Client. The Client declares that they hold the copyright or necessary rights to the models sent for printing.

All prices are in euro. Payment is made only by bank card through the secure Stripe system. For custom orders, work begins only after confirmed 100% advance payment.

Production time for 3D figurines is 3 to 5 business days. Delivery is carried out via Econt at the Client‘s expense unless otherwise stated.

Standard figurines: The Client may withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (CPA). IMPORTANT – Custom orders: In accordance with Article 57(3) CPA, the right of withdrawal and return of goods DOES NOT APPLY to goods made to the consumer‘s order or clearly personalised. Complaints: Accepted only for proven manufacturing defects or transport damage (with a courier report). Due to the nature of 3D printing, minimal support-structure marks or layer lines are not considered defects.

The Seller is not liable for technical errors in 3D models submitted by the Client, nor for content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Technology: Products are manufactured using FDM or resin 3D printing. The user accepts that, by nature of the process, surfaces may not be perfectly smooth and may show visible layers, micro irregularities or support marks. These characteristics are inherent to production and are not defects. Materials: Materials used include PLA / PETG / ABS / UV resin. They are temperature-sensitive and may change properties when exposed to temperatures above 50°C or prolonged direct sunlight. Colours: The Seller does not guarantee an exact colour match between the Client‘s screen image and the physical product, due to monitor calibration and material batch differences.

Temperature: Do not expose figurines to direct sunlight (UV) for long periods or place them near strong heat sources (radiators, car dashboards in summer), as this may cause deformation or brittleness. Mechanical use: 3D figurines are intended for decorative use (collectibles/display models). They are not toys and have not been tested for rough play. The Seller is not liable for breakage from dropping or improper force. Safety: Products may contain small or sharp parts posing a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children under 3. By placing an order, the Client assumes full responsibility for proper storage and use.
